Shipping Information
All cases are handmade to order and can take between 5-15 business days to ship, depending on your location within Australia. Once your order is placed, we’ll create your unique case and allow it to dry for a few days before shipping. Please note that shipping times may vary based on demand.
Care Instructions
To keep your case looking its best, we recommend cleaning it regularly. Use warm, soapy water and a cotton tip to gently rub any dirt or debris off the surface. Be cautious not to apply excessive pressure to avoid damaging the design.
Tarnishing and Maintenance
Your case may tarnish if it comes into contact with water, humidity, or due to frequent handling of the charms. To prolong the life of your case, avoid exposing it to moisture and store it in a dry environment when not in use.
Returns and Exchanges
We do not accept returns or refunds for pre-made cases as they are personalised. However, if you have purchased a DIY kit that remains untouched, you may return it for a full refund.
